1 - Buy your voucher
Buying a voucher is simple, all you need to do is choose the amount and click buy. We take care of the rest
If you want to add a more personal touch, you can even leave a personalised message to your lucky recipient, so they know exactly why they got so lucky!
2 - Delivery Time
You can choose to have your voucher delivered immediately, or on a date of your choice in the future, making it the perfect gift for Christmas, a birthday or any other day that deserves to be celebrated!
Once you've chosen when you want the voucher to be delivered, we handle the rest. Your voucher will arrive on your chosen day straight to your recipient's email inbox!
3 - Book your Holiday
Once your lucky recipient receives their voucher, it's time for them to choose where they want to go and what they want to do!

You can simply follow our online booking process to order a voucher. Simply choose your amount, customise your message, and enter your details to order your voucher.
You can redeem your voucher with us over the phone on 01332 920171 against a whole host of tour operators offering short haul, long haul, cruises, weekend breaks and ski holidays. We are a travel agent located in the UK and have an experienced team of travel consultants who can help book that dream holiday.
Holiday vouchers purchased on this site can only be used on bookings made with Online Travel Group Limited. If you have an existing booking with another travel agent or a tour operator directly (such as Jet2, Thomson, or Disney), you cannot apply any holiday voucher purchased on this site against any such booking. We are an independent travel agent and any holiday vouchers purchased on this site must be applied against new or existing holiday bookings made with Online Travel Group Limited.

All our vouchers are digital, and delivered via email. However, they have been designed specifically to allow you to be able to print off an attractive physical version if you want a physical voucher to give out.
All vouchers are sent digitally to a valid email address. When ordering, you have the option to send a copy of the voucher to yourself. This allows you to print the voucher yourself, or forward it on at a later date if you wish.
We always allow 7 days for all payments to clear, at which point you are free to redeem your voucher on a holiday, cruise, or ski trip with us. This is a security measure to ensure that lets us bring you the best deals. If you do need to book before the 7 days, please call us directly and we will help you out further!
Not at all! We are a fully ATOL and ABTA bonded travel agent, meaning you can call us or email us any time and we'll be happy to assist you in booking your holiday, with or without a voucher!
Yes, 100%. As a fully bonded ATOL and ABTA travel agent, your money is always safe when booking with us. All package holidays come with financial protected for your money, meaning you're safe even if something goes wrong with the flight provider, hotel or transfer company.
Our holiday vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This date will be clearly marked on your voucher email so you're confident about how long you have to decide where to visit. If you decide to have your voucher delivered on a specific date, your voucher will be valid for 12 months, starting from the date of delivery. You will not be able to use the voucher before this date.
You certainly can, however you must complete your booking before the voucher has expired to redeem it against the cost of your holiday. Unfortunately once your voucher has expired, we are unable to redeem it.
Unfortunately if your voucher has expired, we are unable to redeem it against any holiday bookings. We will send a reminder email to you if your voucher is coming up to its expiry date to try and make sure you don't miss out.
As long as all vouchers were purchased with us, and are valid (not over 12 months old) then yes you can! You can use as many valid vouchers as you like, up to and including the total of your booking.
Any unused balance on your voucher will remain available until the expiry date, and can be used against other holiday bookings.
Alternatively, if you're not sure how to spend the remainder of your voucher balance, we would recommend calling our travel experts. They will be able to advise you of possible upgrades you could consider, or extra experiences you could add to your holiday!
We're afraid not, vouchers are only redeemable against a holiday with our travel partners. If you're unsure of what to book using your voucher, contact our travel experts and have a chat and they'll be able to give you some ideas!
